Looking to find a licensed industrial kitchen that you can use to get your venture off the ground? Or just got a delicious recipe you want to cook up into a money making business? Start your venture by attending a valuable morning workshop on "How to Start a Food Business"

The workshop is being hosted by The Toronto Food Business Incubator and delivered in partnership with the City of Toronto's Economic Development Department.

You will hear Dominik Loncar of the Toronto Business Development Centre, who will cover information about:

  • The basics of starting a Business
  • How to develop your Business Plan
  • How to make sure your financing is in place

You will hear from Michael Wolfson, City of Toronto Economic Development's Food & Beverage Sector Specialist speak about:

  • How to Brand your Identity
  • How to develop your products
  • How to utilize other websites to source information.

Learn how the The Toronto Food Business Incubator (TFBI) ican help you. the TFBI is a new not-for-profit organization that supports small entrepreneurs interested in starting new food companies. The TFBI facility is a fully licensed industrial kitchen. The TFBI is available to small food processing businesses that would otherwise have to make a large investment in their own operation.

Hear from Albert Peres, Manager, Toronto Food Business Incubator (TFBI), about the programming currently in place.
